As Long As Work is Last
$24.00Back for the month of May to celebrate five years of Dye Mad Yarns!
Inspired by the Galentine's episode of Parks and Rec is our February 2023 Yarn of the Month: AS LONG AS WORK IS LAST. Leslie says in this episode, “We need to remember what’s important in life. Friends, waffles, and work. Or waffles, friends, work. It doesn’t matter. But work is third.” We're putting our own spin on it and saying that work should be last on your list of priorities, personally. ;)
We dyed our pan to look like waffles with butter, syrup, and a berry compote. This color way makes me want to make a cobbler inspired yarn, so maybe keep an eye out for that this summer.
As Long As Work is Last is a beige yarn, with two sets of browner speckles, a splash of butter yellow, and squished berry sections of purple and berry red. We love this cozy color and think it'd make a wonderful pair of waffle stitch socks.
