Lake Ontario

Lake Ontario is the third lake in our fade (and this is due to the coloring of the lakes from an aerial view, not geographical order). Lake Ontario is the easternmost lake, bordering the United States and Canada. It is bordered by the province of Ontario to the north and west, and by the state of New York to its south and east. It is the only Great Lake to not touch the state of Michigan.

The name Ontarí'io is a Huron word meaning “Great Lake”.

Our Lake Ontario yarn is a mix of deep blues and sea greens putting it in the middle of our fade.
