Easter Egg Radish

Globe radishes (the round ones), like these fancy little guys, were developed for "every day use" in the 16th century. Before that, most radishes looked more like carrots. Easter Egg Radishes are a mix of several varieties and are pretty common at the grocery store and in home gardens. Rachael made this one with soft pinks and bold purples, just like these cute little bunches.
