Black turtles are a common sight throughout the unknown, the first of which is in the first episode poisoning the dog-beast. Later we see many black turtles in Auntie Whispers’ and Lorna’s home in Episode 7: The Ringing of the Bell, where Wirt and Greg hide from Auntie Whispers, who munches on the black turtles unaffected.

This yarn is a medium charcoal grey mixed with a much deeper grey-black, matching the colors of the black turtles.
