Cosmic Purple Carrot

Meet our youngest heirloom of the collection! These guys were developed in 2005, but hail from a long line of purple carrots. Prior to the 17th century, carrots were mostly purple, and date back over 5000 years. So, our newbie of the collection has one of the longest histories veggie wise and this carrot in particular blends ancient and modern root colors.

Piper Fiber: 85% Polwarth Wool/15% Tussah Silk, approximately 4oz braid of fiber for spinning, felting, etc
