Watermelon Marker Minder - A Fundraiser for Palestinian Aid

These minders were from our first year of notions club and how else would we bring it back than as a fundraiser.  Palestinian flags have been banned in many Israeli occupied areas, so the watermelon, which shares the same colors and is a local crop, has taken its place in art and protests alike. We've chosen the Sameer Project to donate to - a donations-based initiative, led by Palestinians, working to supply aid to displaced families in Gaza.

Each minder is made with dual layer acrylic, the top sparkly, and has 3 acrylic markers. All of the markers have circular leverback attachments and are perfect for both knitting and crochet. You can use the safety pin back to clip your minder into your project bag without fear of the backing being knocked off.
